In order to solve the outstanding problems of communication base station, a composite cooling unit of heat pipe and vapor compression air conditioner for communication base station was developed.
Compared to traditional base station air conditioners, the proportion of air conditioners operating has been reduced to a certain extent, which not only reduces their operating power consumption and increases the energy saving rate, but also increases the service life of the air conditioners. Currently, air cooling remains the dominant cooling approach for data centers , operating by delivering cold air to equipment and exhausting heated air to complete heat exchange .
The air distribution in the cabinet can be further optimized to improve the temperature control effect of communication equipment and reduce the energy consumption of cooling system.
