The 5MWh liquid-cooling energy storage system comprises cells, BMS, a 20’GP container, thermal management system, firefighting system, bus unit, power distribution unit, wiring harness, and more. And, the container offers a protective capability and serves as a transportable workspace for equipment operation.
The system is built with long-life cycle lithium iron phosphate batteries, known for their high safety and durability, making it a reliable choice for renewable energy generation, voltage frequency regulation, and energy storage in industrial parks or commercial buildings.
The battery compartment employs a 20’GP non-standard container measuring 6058mm×2550mm×2896mm, housing a total of 12 battery clusters, resulting in a total system capacity of 5.016MWh. Each set of 12 battery clusters connects to a bus cabinet, forming a standard 5MWh DC compartment energy storage system.
The cabin length follows a non-standard 20’GP design (6684mm length × 2634mm width × 3008mm height). Inside, there are 12 battery clusters arranged back-to-back, each with an access door for equipment entry, installation, debugging, and maintenance.
