Transformer ratings up to 5 MVA are with double LVs and up to 16 MVA are with quadruple LV circuits.

How do solar inverters work?

Inverters convert DC generated solar power into AC. They handle the wide swings in power supplied from the solar array. They also steady the voltage supplied to the step-up transformer.
